By just using a set of dumbells with the support of a bench , strength training for back muscles can be done.

 

BACK MUSCLES EXERCISE USING A DUMBELL AND A BENCH(FOR MEN/WOMEN)

  • Stand Straight with a dumbell in your right hand and a bench facing (position1).
  • Move to position 2 with your back parallel to the floor .Keep the weight on the floor.
  • Breathing in raise the dumbell towards your chest (position3).
    Breathing out bring it to position2 on the floor slowly.
  • Repeat the above for 10-12 repetitions which is equal to 1 set.Come back to position1.Depending upon the weight you lift the repetions can be more or less. 
    Perform 5-6 sets with only 1 minute difference between each set.
    Repeat this exercise with the left hand. This is the most effective exercise for your back.
