Tricep muscles workout
By just using a simple set of dumbells with free weights, triceps can be built. Please refer to the pictures
below for an effective triceps workout.
TRICEPS EXERCISE USING A DUMBELL (FOR MEN/WOMEN)

- Stand Straight with your feet apart as shoulder length holding a
dumbell (position1). Palms of both hands should be joined and facing one side of dumbell as
shown.
- Breathing in raise the dumbell as shown in (position2).
Now slowly try to lift the dumbell as you are making an arc and come to (position3).Remember you dont have to
do it fast. you have to concentrate on the muscle you are exercising, you must feel the pull on the tricep
muscle while you exercise it.
- Repeat the above (position 2 --> position3) for 10-12 repetitions which is
equal to 1 set. Depending upon the weight you lift the repetions can be more or less.Then come back to
position1.
- Perform 5-6 sets with only 1 minute difference between each
set.
