Weight Loss Exercise

Exercise is one of the attributes or one of the factors which help in weight loss and
promote good health. Exercise for some people trying to lose weight is looked upon as an activity which they do it
out of compulsion.
"Exercise should be looked upon as a feel good factor. If exercise causes heavy pain
and injury you are doing it wrong."
If a person is going to start on an exercise plan , please start slowly. Never blindly follow anyone and injure
yourself. The body which you have not exercised for many time will take some time to get used to the exercise
habit. It is important to understand that our body needs to get adapted to exercise and for that it takes some
time. If after exercising you do not feel good from inside , then it means that one of the following factors
are missing:
- Not Adopting the right approach towards
exercise
- Not Exercising in the right type of
environment
- Not Enjoying Exercise as a FEEL GOOD
FACTOR
- Try making exericise a moderate consistent activity in
your daily lifestyle.
Even exercising 3-4 times a week is sufficient for gaining good health.
The various benefits of consistent moderate exercise are :

weight
- It release good harmones which enhances ones moods
and makes one feel good.
- It helps in exercising your heart which is
responsible for pumping blood
- It raises your metabolism which is responsible for
maintaining your weight.
- It helps control Blood
Pressure.
- It prevents you from diseases like Diabetes,
Arthiritis, Thyroid.
- It regulates your
appetite
- Your sex life improves.
- You look more younger.
It does not require any expensive methods to learn how to perform effective exercise The
human body has been created by god to move and also on the other hand respect it. All you need is some commonsense
and some knowledge as how to perform effective exercise with which you will benefit with good health. But always
remember one thing :
I beleive from my own experience in the following quote from one of the major fitness gurus on planet , Jack
Lallane. " EXERCISE IS THE KING , HEALTHY DIET IS THE
QUEEN . COMBINE BOTH AND YOU HAVE YOUR KINGDOM." If you miss on one of the above either Exercise
OR Diet you will not get a perfect Healthy Kingdom i.e a healthy Body. I would like to add one more important
attribute for successful weight loss, REST.
Therefore to have a healthy body, one should include both healthy exercise and healthy diet into their lifestyle
with proper rest.

Stretching Exercises for
flexibility
Strength training exercise
All the types of exercises are discussed as to how important and helpful they are in helping
a person lose weight and get fit.
