How to lose weight in a natural way

WHAT of Weight Loss?

After a few months being on a healthy weight loss program or I can put it as following a disciplined healthy lifestyle I started getting back good health as my bad health parameters of High Blood pressure, high cholesterol etc . started to vanish. I started feeing better from inside and my confidence level increased.
People started giving me comments like "hey man , u look great .It seems you have lost some weight". "Hey Rishi, what did u do , u look a bit in shape".These comments were the pride I started enjoying and my self respect increased. As my waist size started decreasing , I was able to enjoy the luxury of wearing clothes which I never imagined earlier to wear.
After losing 50KG of weight I realized WHAT I had gained . The WHAT of weight loss are the many glories I enjoyed and I am still enjoying.
After losing 50 kg of weight and maintaining it for 6 years , these are the glories I am enjoying:

  • glory of good health 
  • glory of getting rid of bad health 
  • glory of improved confidence 
  • glory of self esteem and self respect 
  • glory of improved relationships with people 
  • glory of happiness 

The WHAT of weight loss made me realize that WHAT all glories and prides I have been cherishing and enjoying since I lost weight.
All the above mentioned glories will be cherished by anyone who loses weight. I can say this from my very own example.
So , a human on the weight loss journey should have in mind as to what kind of glories and benefits they are going to live with once they attain their
weight loss goal. Write your own answers to these two questions and keep visiting them once you plan to lose weight.
